Egypt: Reports Say Mubarak to Step Down Tonight

Reports coming out of Egypt are saying Mubarak has stepped down or is going to step down tonight when he addresses the Egyptian people from the palace in Cairo. The question of whether a coup d etat has taken place with the military taking control is primary. National Democratic Party stated they would be surprised if Mubarak was still president on Friday.
